Due to the continuing success of Andersons (Dumfries) Ltd, we are looking to expand our busy kitchen design team with someone eager to learn and grow within the company.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, personable, and ready to support our design and sales processes from behind the scenes while developing the skills necessary to become a Kitchen Designer. Experience is preferred but not essential as training will be provided. What matters most is your enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and commitment to professional development.

Based at our Dumfries kitchen showroom, you will initially support the existing design team, gaining exposure to the full customer journey from initial design concepts through to completed sales. As you grow into this role and gain vital experience with regards the processes we have in place on and off the computer, we will then look at the transition from this role into the trainee kitchen designer position, and you will then begin to take on more design responsibilities and client interaction.

For a future Kitchen Designer, creativity, attention to detail, and an aptitude for learning are essential. You'll be working closely with customers to understand their needs, identify practical solutions, and deliver high-quality kitchen designs within budget, without compromising on style.

Salary: National Living Wage for your age (up to 12.21 per hour)

Pay: 25,397.00-50,000.00 per year
