Customer Service & Warehouse Assistant

-- a versatile individual who can confidently switch between supporting customers and managing warehouse operations.

About the Role

This hybrid position combines two key areas of our business:

Customer Service

and

Warehouse Operations

.
You'll be the bridge between our customers and our fulfilment team -- ensuring that every order, enquiry, and experience runs smoothly from start to finish.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service Duties

Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails, social messages, and phone enquiries. Provide friendly and knowledgeable support to nail technicians and professionals. Investigate and resolve delivery issues or product concerns efficiently. Process and dispatch replacement orders when required. Develop a deep understanding of Nail Order's product range and usage to provide accurate advice.

Warehouse & Operations Duties

Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch. Receive and organise incoming stock deliveries. Maintain stock levels and assist with regular inventory counts. Ensure the warehouse remains clean, safe, and well-organised. Support in booking shipments and handling courier systems. Assist with packaging design and improvements to enhance customer unboxing experience.

Skills & Attributes

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confident problem-solver with a calm, patient approach. Able to multitask and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. Team player who's proactive, dependable, and eager to learn. Basic computer literacy (experience with Shopify or e-commerce systems is an advantage). Previous experience in customer service or warehouse operations is desirable, but not essential.

Working Hours

Monday 9am -5pm and Tuesdau - Friday, 10am - 4pm

Full-time, on-site position based at our Paisley HQ.
