As a Customer Service Associate in our Supply Chain team on a 12-month fixed term contract, you'll play a key role in managing daily order processes, resolving logistics challenges, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing service efficiency and reducing operational costs.
Reporting to the Senior Customer Service Associate, you'll be part of a collaborative team of ten, delivering consistent and proactive order management. You'll provide outstanding customer service support to both external clients and internal sales account teams, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
This role will be based from our Media City, Manchester office on a hybrid working pattern with one weekend in six and occasional bank holidays.
