Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
A Customer Service Representative handles customer interaction for an organisation. The top duties include resolving customer complaints, responding to phone call and email requests and maintaining customer service records.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Prior experiences with Amazon and/or Shopify backend is a plus
Communicating with customers through various channels.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions. Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Comfortable using computers, excel, Google work place such as drive, excel, emails, Zoom calls.
Past experience working with online customer support is a plus
Further Job Requirements:
A Bachelor degree is a must. Master degree is a plus.
Being reliable with deadlines and can work under pressures.
Know how to use camera for professional photography is highly appreciated
Create visually stunning website banners and imagery to enhance the online shopping experience for our customers.
Experiences with creative job like design, social media can be a big advantage.
Good know-how of Canva platform or relevant design tools is a plus
Knowledge of fulfilment processes or courier tracking systems
Familiarity with helpdesk or ticketing systems (e.g. Zendesk, Willdesk)
Interest in personal care, grooming, or wellness sectors
