We are seeking an enthusiastic Call Agent to join our Customer Service team. This is a great opportunity to be part of dynamic company, where you will handle inbound calls and enquiries from potential customers, interested in booking medical appointments at one of our 110+ locations.

Our business is growing year on year, and we are excited for you to join our team as a Customer Service Call Agent. During this role, you will help us continue delivering exceptional customer service and support to our customers. Key Responsibilities:



Handle high volumes of inbound calls professionally, ensuring the highest level of customer service. Accurately record booking information using our in-house appointment system. Communicate effectively via telephone and email. Respond to customer queries calmly and professionally, offering effective resolutions. Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Provide occasional reception cover and perform general front-of-house duties.

About You:



We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work well as part of a team. Experience in an office or call centre environment is desirable.

Self-motivated, enthusiastic and flexible. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Commitment to business growth and expansion. Understanding of Data Protection and Patient Confidentiality principles is ideal.

Shift Requirements:



Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday cover required. 37.5 hours per week.
