We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and the ability to analyse customer needs effectively.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations.
Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner while maintaining a positive attitude.
Perform data entry tasks to ensure customer records are up-to-date.
Upsell products and services where appropriate to enhance customer experience.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and address common issues.
Maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures to provide accurate guidance.
Experience
Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred.
Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is an advantage.
Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Experience with data entry and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is beneficial.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
A friendly and approachable demeanour with a passion for helping others.
