Continued success has made a position available in our customer service team, working on a three month contract starting 1st September 2025.
Colorfoto is a major company in the school photography sector. We have our own photographic laboratory and design studio in central Cardiff and have served the education sector in Wales and the west of England for 30 years.
Duties include:
Being a direct point of contact for the customer, including the handling of incoming customer telephone calls and emails
Ensuring that customer accounts and communication records are kept up to date and accurate using our web shop administration.
Administration and monitoring of schedules and diaries
You should be able to communicate effectively with customers by telephone and e-mail to deliver fantastic service and have an outgoing, engaging personality.
Proficiency in the use of Email, Outlook and Word are essential. You will be given full training on our web shop administration.
Experience in the education sector or with Welsh language skills will be an advantage.
A 30 to 40 hour week, Monday to Friday, applies to this position. We will consider school hours working if that suits you.
Salary is dependent on experience and pro-rata to full time employment.
