Alton Cars Ltd, one of the UK's largest independent Group of Accident Repair Centres, with a network of 17 sites located across Yorkshire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Humberside, and Merseyside with a projected turnover of 65m for 2024 and employing over 420 staff, are looking for a Customer Service Advisor for our Central Team based at our Barnsley Site.

This role is a telephony-based role where you will support with incoming claims, phone customers to discuss the claim and talk through the repair process. Be available to answer phones to speak with both customers and work providers, providing updates and dealing with any queries, as well as doing some other updates.
We are looking for individuals who have the can-do attitude and are willing to help everyone at site and be able to get stuck in and being flexible, but equally be able to have a laugh along the way.
This role comes with a salary of 25,800.00, along with Bonus Opportunities. (Core hours are 8am to 5pm Monday - Friday). In addition, you will also receive:
