Upsell products when appropriate to enhance the customer experience. Perform data entry tasks related to sales and inventory management. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Skills

Strong communication skills in both English; bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly desirable. Excellent etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone. Proficient data entry skills with attention to detail. Ability to analyse customer needs and provide tailored recommendations. Experience in upselling products effectively to maximise sales opportunities. A positive attitude with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
