Role: Customer Service Claims and Admin

Hybrid - 2 days WFH and 3 days office per week.
Bastion Insurance Services Ltd is a growing gadget insurance administrator / broker based in Oxford. We're looking for a person our small friendly team. Currently recruiting for 1 x Full Time Customer Service Administrator
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers who wish to make changes to their policies, log claims or enquire about the insurance cover we offer. You will be expected to communicate clearly, verbally and in writing as well as using computers whilst talking to customers. Where a customer is experiencing a difficulty with a third-party provider who acts on our behalf, you will take ownership of the issue and liaise with the relevant parties to resolution.
Duties
Answering calls in a timely manner and in accordance with our Service Level.
Contacting and dealing with customers via telephone and email updating details on our in-house system whilst providing excellent customer service.
Collating and posting / emailing of documents where required.
Handling Transactions
Helping with Claims Admin
Helping to maintain the database
Ad hoc duties as required by Management.
Where applicable, to adhere to Company processes with regard to FCA compliance and Treating Customers Fairly
Must have:
Minimum GSCE Maths and English Grade C+
Great communication skills
Excellent written and spoken English
Computer Literate with good excel skills
Good problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
Previous customer service experience beneficial but not necessary
Must be based in Oxford
