We are currently seeking a skilled After-Sales Customer Service Specialist to join our dedicated team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional after-sales support via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding product installation, maintenance, and warranty.
  • Assist in resolving any post-purchase issues, including returns, repairs, and replacements.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and technical teams to ensure prompt and accurate service.
  • Provide information and advice on product care and upgrades.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Gather customer feedback to enhance product quality and service.
Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in after-sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in handling customer queries and complaints with patience and empathy.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Background in garden buildings or home improvement products is highly desirable.
