Ulster Carpets is a renowned, family-owned carpet manufacturer based in Portadown, Northern Ireland. Founded in 1938, the company is a global leader in the production of high-quality, luxurious woven carpets for export to customers located all over the world.

Our Customer Service Team are responsible for providing a premium quality service to our retail customers. We are seeking to appoint a

Customer Service Co-Ordinator

who will enable the company to strengthen and develop our service to the UK, Ireland.

Duties are as follows:

Follow department order processing procedures Respond effectively to incoming customer calls by telephone, fax or mail with appropriate follow up, offering support to ensure customer service levels are maintained To provide support in the communication process between sales and support services Liaise directly with customers Respond effectively to customer complaints Provide support to Field Sales Executives as necessary Travel to Satellite Offices as required Provide support in other areas as and when required Contribute towards the Customer Service Department goals. Facilitation of retail customer visits. Maintain accurate departmental filing

The successful applicants will demonstrate the following:



Possess GCSE (or equivalent) at grade C in English Language and Mathematics Be computer literate with a working knowledge of spreadsheets, word processing and ERP systems Have previous administration experience preferably in an order processing environment Have the ability to work under pressure and balance a range of tasks and demands Be numerate, accurate and able to work on own initiative Be able to demonstrate a positive, pleasant and friendly manner
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 26,000.00-28,000.00 per year
