We\xe2\x80\x99re now recruiting for a trendy and fun company in the Maylands area in Hemel that need a Customer Service Coordinator to join the team.

This would be a great role for someone in the early stages of their career but does have some customer service experience within an office that wants to progress and develop. This company offer fantastic in-house training, scope for progression, an excellent company bonus scheme and much more!

We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic candidates, someone that is confident in dealing with customers and processing orders.

The starting salary for this position is \xc2\xa321,000 with the potential to rise once monthly bonus kicks in, as well as the huge room to progress quickly in the team too.

This is a fully office-based Monday to Friday role, hours are 8:30am to 5pm. The company offer a number of exciting benefits such as an excellent company bonus scheme, free on site-parking, structured pension scheme and many more.

Duties to include:

  • Day to day management, co-ordination, administration, and ordering.
  • Taking calls, submitting orders, logging faults, and building accounts for billing.
  • Provide Customer support throughout the order process.
  • Dealing with customers\' orders from start to finish by e-mail, phone, and webchat.
  • Resolve order process issues.
  • Track all issues to a successful conclusion.
Candidate requirements:
  • Strong customer service background.
  • Admin experience desirable but not essential \xe2\x80\x93 Training provided.
  • Energetic in personal, written, and telephone interactions.
  • Meticulous organisation and attention to detail.
  • Technically competent. MS Office suite.
  • Ability to develop and document procedures and systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent written and spoken English as this is a customer service role.
  • Well-presented and have excellent communication skills.
