The Role



The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional communication and organisation. Reporting to the Customer Service and Procurement Manager, the role involves working closely across departments, notably, Production, Warehouse, Finance, Marketing and Sales.

Contributing to a cohesive approach to cross-departmental collaboration, the role's objectives include efficiently meeting customer demands to maximise profits and ensure seamless sales processes.

Responsibilities further encompass accurately processing orders, database administration, and assisting with logistics and stock management.
