Customer Service Coordinator

Job Description

We are a family run Accident Repair Centre in Gravesend. Established for over 50 years we are now looking for an additional member of staff to join our Customer Service team.

We are looking for someone to work on a part-time basis. Hours are Monday to Wednesday 8:30am to 5:30pm as part of a job share. You must be available to cover annual leave.

Job Duties



Liaising with insurance companies Arranging of the collection of vehicles Speaking with customers to schedule repairs Managing driver routes to ensure optimum service Allocation of courtesy cars as well as booking them in and out and ensuring paperwork is correctly completed Scheduling the return of customer vehicles Inputting of data onto a CRM system Other administration duties as dictated by management

Skills Required



Outstanding customer service skills both face to face and on the telephone Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines Good knowledge of the surrounding area as you will be scheduling driver routes Experience of working within the motor industry would be an advantage but not essential Be organised, efficient and have a good eye for detail
