We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused
Customer Service Representative
to join our team. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their experience is friendly, efficient, and professional. This role also includes supporting day-to-day operational tasks to help keep our business running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with customers via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and friendly manner
Assess customer inquiries and provide accurate, timely solutions
Maintain excellent phone etiquette and a positive tone at all times
Accurately pack and process customer orders
Place and manage wholesale orders with suppliers
Receive deliveries, unpack, and organise stock
Respond promptly to customer calls and emails
Update and manage social media accounts with engaging content
Maintain and update the company website, including stock levels, product descriptions, photos, and promotions
Edit images and marketing materials using Photoshop
Represent the company at events when required
Collaborate with team members to achieve business goals
Skills & Requirements
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first approach
Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail
Organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Basic Photoshop skills (preferred)
Experience in upselling or sales (advantageous)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From 13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 35 per week
