Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and organised Customer Service & Ecommerce Assistant to join our team. This dual role is ideal for someone looking to enter the fashion industry, gain exposure to ecommerce operations, and contribute to a fast-paced, design-led brand. You'll be the friendly face (and voice) our customers trust, while also helping keep our office running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service (Ecommerce & Wholesale)
Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat.
Deliver prompt, professional, and empathetic support for order issues, returns, sizing queries, and general product questions.
Manage ecommerce order processing and tracking, including liaising with the warehouse on fulfilment or shipping concerns.
Support B2B/wholesale customers with account queries and order status updates.
Maintain accurate records in our customer relationship management (CRM) and ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify).
Office Administration
Greet visitors, manage incoming post/deliveries, and support office logistics.
Assist with product data entry, inventory checks, and content updates across ecommerce platforms.
Help coordinate internal meetings, sample send-outs, and occasional event prep.
Working with all departments, manage all incoming samples, and assist in the purchasing process.
Support team-wide initiatives and ad hoc administrative tasks across departments.
What We're Looking For
A genuine interest in fashion, ecommerce, and digital retail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and professional tone.
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital platforms.
Experience in customer service or office support is a plus -- but a proactive, can-do attitude is even more valuable.
Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and grow within a close-knit team.
