Position: Customer Service Agent or Tech Support Agent or Sales Support Agent

The job:
- Chatting with customers via phone, messages & email (no boring scripts - real convos!)
- Helping out with cool products from World Market Leaders
- Solving hiccups and making customers smile
- Handling warranties & replacements
- Giving product tips & recommendations (because you know what's best).
- You speak the required language fluently (min. C1 level)
- You've got an eye for the detail
- Problem-solving is your superpower
- You act cool under pressure & you are able to stay calm and professional when things don't go as planned
