Thompson & Terry Recruitment are delighted to be working alongside a friend of the company and well-established internet service provider. They are looking for a confident, friendly and organised individual to join their team in their Eynsham-based office or working remote.
As Customer Service Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for their customers as you handle and manage customer's issues and queries. You will be responsible for answering inbound customers phone calls, emails and live chat conversations. As well as this, you will take on administrative duties such as handling sales orders, quotes, keeping customers up to date and credit control.
The ideal candidate has a strong interest in technology with the interpersonal skills to communicate well with customers, suppliers and the team.
