What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a motivated, customer-focused individual who can bring energy and professionalism to our team. The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in
customer service
, call centre, or office-based roles
Excellent
telephone and written communication skills
Strong
problem-solving abilities
and confidence to resolve customer concerns
The ability to
multi-task
and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
A high level of
attention to detail
and accuracy, particularly with data entry
Confidence working
both independently and as part of a team
A
stable employment history
showing loyalty and commitment
Proficiency with
IT packages and customer databases
Experience:
Customer Service: 2 years (preferred)
Call Centre: 2 years (preferred)
About the Role:
As part of our friendly and dynamic team, you'll play a key role in supporting our customers and internal departments. Your main responsibilities will include:
Answering incoming calls promptly and professionally
Making outbound calls to ensure customer satisfaction
Creating MOT voucher invoices
Carrying out general group administration tasks, including website and third-party updates
Handling franking and mail merges for the group
Distributing emails to the relevant departments
Maintaining accurate call logs for each department
Inputting and updating GDPR records
Licence/Certification:
Full UK Driving Licence (required)

Monday - Friday, between
8:00am - 6:00pm
Saturdays (1 in 4, on a rota basis)
