Role Overview:
As the first point of contact for our trade customers, you will play a vital role in ensuring every client receives outstanding service. You'll manage customer queries, update clients on orders and deliveries, resolve issues, and maintain long-term relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organisation, and a proactive attitude to deliver the service our trade partners expect.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for trade customers via phone, WhatsApp, and email
Manage customer orders from confirmation through to delivery
Provide regular updates on delivery schedules, lead times, and charges
Resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally
Keep customers informed about stock availability and any changes to their order
Work closely with operations and logistics to ensure a smooth delivery process
Build strong, lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order details
Support the sales team by ensuring customers receive consistent, reliable service
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in customer service, account management, or B2B support
Excellent communication skills - friendly, professional, and clear
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Confidence using WhatsApp, email, and phone for daily communication
Good computer literacy (Excel, Word, CRM systems)
A proactive, problem-solving approach to customer needs
Team player with a positive, professional attitude
