We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing expert assistance and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers and ensuring their needs are met effectively.

Key Responsibilities:



Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels. Provide expert product knowledge and guidance to customers, helping them select the most suitable workwear, PPE, and offshore sourcing solutions for their needs. Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and fulfillment. Handle customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally, striving for swift resolution and customer satisfaction. Liaise with internal departments, including sales, warehouse, and logistics, to coordinate order processing and delivery. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system. Keep up-to-date with product offerings, industry trends, and regulations related to workwear, PPE, and offshore sourcing.

Requirements:



Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within the workwear, PPE, or related industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers. Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach to customer issues. Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and data entry. Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software applications. A passion for delivering excellent customer service and exceeding customer expectations.
