The Role and Opportunity
As part of our rapid growth, we are looking for Experienced personnel to join our growing Service Desk team. If you have exceptional customer service experience, scheduling experience with good Geographical knowledge and/or have strong organisational /admin skills then we look forward to receiving your CV.

Responsibilities
Telephone answering and logging details on the service management system and CRM.
Fielding customer enquiries for date and delivery confirmation with relative teams
Managing customer expectations and keeping them updated at every opportunity
Managing of the Service Inbox/ live chat function and whatsapp to 5 minute response time
Case Management and dealing with a delegated task to the end.
Supporting the other office functions, accounts, remanufacture, Supply Chain
Personable - Keen to build working relationships with office and field based teams.
