Duties
Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, or live chat.
Maintain accurate records through data entry and update customer information in our systems.
Assist customers with product or service-related issues, providing clear solutions and guidance.
Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services that meet customer needs.
Analyse customer feedback and interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
Follow organisational policies regarding phone etiquette and communication standards.
Skills
Proficient in data entry with excellent attention to detail.
Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred; multilingual abilities are a plus.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with professional phone etiquette.
Analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Ability to upsell products or services effectively without being intrusive.
Organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
