Customer Service - order to cash role. Key contacts include Customer Operation Planners, Commercial, Demand Planning, Finance, Transport Providers, Warehouses and Customers.
To manage orders across key accounts, liaising with both internal and external customers/stakeholders, manage order fulfilment targets within KPI's and be the first point of contact. Responsibilities:
