Full-Time Position - 37.5 hours per week and 1 hour for lunch (unpaid) 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

We design, print and finish products in-house using only the highest quality printers and materials to ensure a high quality product for our customers.
We're looking for a driven and highly motivated Customer Service Executive to join our company, who can deliver customer support and to maintain effective administration systems to support the business.
Your own transport would be required due to us being on the outskirts of Garstang and public transport is not accessible.
Duties Include:
To provide a full range of administrative and clerical duties.
Resolves customer issues and complaints effectively.
Communicate with customers appropriately by telephone and email.
Effectively use our in-house CRM system.
Process credit and refund requests when necessary.
Update customers during the order process.
Take and process customer payments.
Maintain effective records of all customer communications within appropriate systems.
Liaise with couriers for updates and to resolve any delivery issues.
Work closely with other internal departments to ensure progress of orders.
Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures and processes.

Experience with overcoming obstacles and being resilient.
Will have a voice to bring forward ideas and solutions to improve efficiency.
Strong CRM and diary management skills.
Previous experience of customer service, administration and sales support desirable.
Self-motivated, success-driven and hard-working.
Building rapport with each customer and excellent questioning skills.
Experience of working within a strong customer focused team environment.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
IT and systems literacy.
