The Role
We're on the lookout for a proactive and enthusiastic
Customer Service Executive
to join our vibrant team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love solving problems, and have a natural flair for great customer care, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email and live chat
Handle enquiries around sales, orders, deliveries and returns with professionalism and care
Process orders, returns, and refunds efficiently
Assist with day-to-day admin tasks and support the wider team where needed
What We're Looking For
Experience in a customer service, admin or office-based role
A confident communicator with strong verbal and written English skills
Comfortable using computers and handling multiple systems (we'll train you!)
Naturally organised, logical and detail-oriented
Positive, adaptable and ready to pitch in where needed
