We're looking for a

Customer Service Executive

to join our team full-time on-site. You'll report directly to the

Sales Manager

and be the first point of contact for new and existing customers. You'll also help keep the order board moving, manage stock and purchasing, and resolve delivery or product issues when they come up.

What You'll DoCustomer Communication



Handle incoming enquiries via phone, email, and live chat. Provide clear, friendly, and professional responses. Guide customers through product options, artwork requirements, and order processes -- full training provided.

Order Management



Monitor order progress on ClickUp. Spot delays early, flag issues, and help keep orders moving.

Stock & Purchasing



Order stock when needed and raise purchase orders. Track supplier progress and follow up on late or missing items. Keep the team updated on supplier issues.

Complaints Handling



Manage customer complaints calmly and professionally. Investigate issues, gather information, and propose solutions. Work with internal teams (production, finishing, dispatch) to resolve problems quickly. Contribute to ongoing improvements in how we handle issues.

Logistics Support



Book couriers for ad hoc orders. Raise courier or logistics claims when deliveries go wrong. Investigate delivery disputes or damaged items. Liaise with carriers and internal teams to close the loop with the customer.

About You



Experience in customer service or operations support (print experience helpful but not essential -- full training provided). Clear written and verbal communication. Patient, professional, and comfortable during busy periods. Highly organised and able to track multiple enquiries at once. Confident using digital tools (ClickUp, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, courier platforms). A proactive problem-solver who fixes issues early. Someone who cares about quality and wants customers to have a smooth experience from start to finish.
