Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall customer satisfaction. Utilize Microsoft Office tools for documentation and reporting purposes. Demonstrate effective phone etiquette while managing high call volumes in a call center environment. Analyze customer feedback and provide insights for service improvement.

Experience

Previous experience in customer service or client services is preferred. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a significant advantage, particularly in English and other languages. Familiarity with sales techniques and cash handling is beneficial. Strong typing skills and proficiency in computer skills are essential for efficient data entry.
