Duties

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high standard of service at all times. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through effective data entry practices. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while engaging with customers to resolve issues or provide information. Identify opportunities for upselling products or services based on customer needs and preferences. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience and address any challenges that arise. Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Utilise strong analysis skills to assess customer feedback and implement necessary changes to improve service delivery.

Requirements

Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus. Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail is crucial. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills are required for effective customer interaction. Ability to analyse customer needs and provide tailored solutions effectively. A positive attitude, patience, and a willingness to learn are essential traits for success in this role.
