We work hard each day to ensure that when a vehicle is off the road, we can source a replacement so that those who require their independence and mobility, can keep it.
We are currently on the lookout for a driven Customer Service Handler, who will be responsible for providing FNOL (First Notice of Loss) services to key Proximo customers.
The main function of our First Notification of Loss Team is to handle accidents that aren't the fault of the customer and pass them on to our claims onboarding team. For this position, you'll need to be curious, enjoy helping customers, and be proactive in solving problems.
Key Responsibilities:
Make sure all incoming calls are answered promptly, in line with our agreed service times.
Help the team by accurately recording new claims and ensuring all relevant information is captured to maximise non-fault referrals.
Handle calls professionally, following phone scripts to maintain a polite and efficient conversation.
What we're looking for:
Strong empathy and excellent communication skills.
Confidence in speaking with customers and other contacts.
Interest or experience in the vehicle industry is a plus.
Knowledge of the hire business is also beneficial.
