Earthmill Maintenance Ltd is a specialist in the installation, operation, maintenance, and management of small and medium scale wind turbines. We operate on a national basis from our head office which is in Harrogate and a network of engineering hubs nationwide. The successful candidate will play a key part within the continued expansion of this business. We are seeking someone who has strong customer services support and administrative skills to join the busy customer services and technical support team. This role requires someone who is dynamic and sociable with excellent organisational and customer support skills. You will have an eye for detail in written, numeric, and verbal communication.
The role involves dealing with our wind turbine clients who are based throughout the UK. You will provide customer support and communications regarding all their service and maintenance needs. You will report to the customer services and technical support team leader and assist the operations, maintenance, and technical support team.
Ideally you will have a background in customer services and client support and have an interest in engineering generally, however, it is not essential, as a can do attitude goes along way. There is job specific training given as and when required.
