The main requirement for the role is to provide excellent levels of service to existing customers so strong rapport building is a must! You will be required to proactively manage your own pipeline of queries, mid-term changes, and general advice. These roles are telephone-based answering and following up calls so the days will be busy! You will need to be upbeat and adapt to change well. The role will be suitable for people with experience in customer service who have worked in a fast-paced environment, and who are familiar with the beauty industry.Responsibilities:

  • Provide advice to business clients on the most suitable levels of cover to cater for their individual insurance requirements
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure a successful return.
  • Negotiate terms and quotations for MTA?EUR(TM)s, cancellations & renewal business
  • Highlight appropriate additional products which align to their needs
  • Develop strong relationships with Insurers and Underwriters, understanding appetites, classes and specific niche sectors.
