Lead & manage a team of Internal Sales Administrators, developing capabilities and performance across the team
Drive order management and processing activities across the team, ensuring accuracy and in line with SLA's
Drive up-selling and cross-selling across the team when supporting existing B2B customers, supporting again growth and commercial objectives
Set individual and team performance metrics, monitor KPI's and deliver regular performance feedback
Work closely with senior leadership to ensure the functions strategy aligns to wider business objectives
Ensure customer accounts are best managed, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business
Implement best practise and strong processes around Customer Service, Internal Sales and CRM usage
Support complaint resolution process
Support the business in maintaining adherence to ISO standards
