We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Customer Service & Logistics Assistant to join our friendly team. This is a varied position combining customer service, warehouse duties, and logistics support -- ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of office, counter, and practical work.
You'll be the friendly face of Yorkshire Fixing Solutions, serving customers on the sales counter, handling enquiries, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring orders are processed, picked, packed, and dispatched efficiently. You'll also assist with local deliveries using the company van.

Key Responsibilities
Serve customers at the sales counter in a professional and friendly manner.
Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in person.
Liaise with customers and suppliers to process, track, and manage orders.
Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and efficiently.
Load, deliver, and collect goods using the company van (local area).
Handle delivery paperwork and maintain accurate records.
Assist with stock control and warehouse organisation.
Support the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations.
About You
Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Confident using computers, excel spreadsheets & our order management system.
Comfortable serving customers face-to-face and over the phone.
Physically capable of handling goods safely.
Full UK driving licence (required).
Previous experience in customer service, warehouse, or delivery roles is an advantage.
