As a Customer Service Associate at Mayyil, you will be the face of the brand, responsible for delivering excellent customer service by handling orders, operating the till, and ensuring all takeaway orders are packed accurately and efficiently. This role requires a positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and process orders using the point-of-sale system.
Handle cash, card, and other payment transactions accurately; complete end-of-day cashing up and reports.
Pack orders carefully according to company standards and customer specifications.
Ensure all necessary condiments, utensils, and packaging materials are included in each order.
Label orders clearly with customer names and order numbers.
Communicate with kitchen and delivery teams to ensure smooth service flow.
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked packing station.
Report inventory shortages or equipment issues to the supervisor promptly.
Follow all health, safety, and hygiene guidelines.
