As a valued team member, you will play a crucial role in preparing and serving delicious bubble tea beverages and our amazing food offerings to our cherished customers. Your main goal will be to provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every interaction leaves a lasting impression.

Responsibilities:

1.Prepare and Serve Beverages:

Create bubble tea beverages following specific customer preferences and standardized recipes. Ensure accuracy and consistency in the preparation of drinks.
2.Maintain Work Area:

Keep the work area clean, organized, and sanitary at all times. Regularly sanitize equipment and surfaces to meet health and safety standards.
3,Ensure Quality and Consistency:

Consistently monitor the quality of ingredients and finished products. Adhere to company guidelines to ensure every drink meets established quality standards.
4, Customer Service:

Provide friendly and efficient service to all customers. Address customer inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly. Encourage satisfied customers to leave reviews on our Google page, helping to build and maintain our online reputation.
5, Product Promotion:

Upsell and suggest additional products such as toppings, snacks, or specialty items. Educate customers on new or seasonal products to drive sales.
6, Cash Handling:

Accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods. Maintain a balanced cash register and follow proper cash handling procedures.
7, Health and Safety Compliance:

Follow all health and safety guidelines and protocols. Ensure the work environment is safe for both employees and customers.
Additional Requirement:

Candidates will need to be comfortable on camera, as a significant amount of our marketing and promotional content is filmed in-store.
