Welcome to Ingenia. We are recruiting for a great opportunity to join our team as a Customer Service Manager, involving the entering of orders onto company systems, sending orders to suppliers, and helping guide orders through to completion to ensure our service delivery KPI's are achieved.

- Take responsibility for rapid responses and actioning of all emails being received into group customer service inbox

- Running checks and reports on key client accounts to monitor status and SLA's closely, escalating any issues and resolving accordingly.

- Communicating changes to dates of delivery to customers

- Running daily reports and checks on orders due out each day

- Escalations and complaint problem solving

- Answering incoming phone calls to customer service team

- Customer carrier booking enquiries

- Be available to cover order entry and other operations team roles as cover.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 29,000.00-30,000.00 per year
