Manage the day-to-day operations of the customer service team ensuring that the highest levels of service and safety are achieved
Be highly motivated, enthusiastic and have a can do attitude
Be both a role model for the customer service team and make the centre a fun and friendly environment for both colleagues and customers alike
Have excellent communication skills and be confident in using computers
Be able to work under your own initiative
Be able to manage stock control systems and retail products within the centre
You will be required to work days, evenings, weekends bank holidays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 28,595.00 per year
