Job Description

We are a speciality French food company based in SW19. We need a Bi-Lingual (English and French) customer service and office administrator with an interest in on line retailing and French food and drink.

Job Requirements:

You must:

Be presentable and reliable
Have a Positive attitude and be punctual
Have excellent spoken and written French & English, with good communication skills
Be computer literate with a reasonable knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and G suite.
Be responsible
Be able to commit for at least 6 months
Be Eligible to work full time in the UK
Experience wanted:

Customer service experience over the phone and via email
Some knowledge of our products already
5 days per week Monday Friday with 1 Saturday 0900-1230 every 4-5 weeks~ / 35-45 hours per week.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 28,000.00-31,000.00 per year
