Customer Service & After Sales Support:
Coordinate installation, maintenance, and service activities with internal teams and customers, ensuring prompt and professional resolution of queries.
Maintain accurate service records, customer logs, and follow-up actions.
Assess customer satisfaction and provide feedback to support continuous improvement.
Administration, Technical Support & Planning:
Organise and prioritise customer service workflows and schedules to ensure efficient operations.
Plan and coordinate field visits, technical support sessions, and training activities.
Provide basic technical guidance and troubleshooting support for EPAS products.
Ensure installations and services comply with company standards and UK industry regulations.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service, after sales support, or technical support.
Strong administrative and planning skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of CRM or service management systems desirable.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
A clean full UK driving licence.
Desirable
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or plumbing (MEP) systems.
Familiarity with UK wastewater, drainage, or environmental compliance standards.
