Job Description
Onward Travel Solutions Ltd requires further staff to work 19:30 - 07:30 on a 4 on 4 off - 12 hour rolling shift pattern in their Cheddar based office organizing travel for their clients. Working on the telephone dealing with incoming and outgoing calls to book and confirm airport transfers.
Main Duties Include:-
Working with a diverse range of customers for business and leisure bookings
Providing excellent customer service using good communication skills
Problem solving when required
Working in a team of 3 to 6
Sending confirmation emails to customers
Working via online live chat
Full training and support is provided | Discretionary commission
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 14.00-14.01 per hour
