Location: Tonbridge, Kent
Pay: 13.30ph
Contract Details: Temp to perm!
Hours: Flexible part-time hours (job share arrangement)

We're looking for two enthusiastic and reliable Customer Service Administrators to join a growing business in Tonbridge. These roles are offered on a part-time/job share basis, perfect for candidates seeking flexibility while contributing to a supportive and professional team.
Responsibilities:

• ? Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and video calls

• ? Prepare and follow up on quotes and orders
• ? Ensure priority orders are processed efficiently
• ? Assist with general customer support and team coordination
• ? Carry out day-to-day office administration tasks

Key Skills and Experience:
Essential:

• A strong customer focus and friendly approach
• Confident and professional communication skills
• Good IT skills (MS Office)
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Strong literacy and numeracy

Desirable:

• Previous experience in a customer service or admin role
• Familiarity with office systems or databases
• Ability to work well in a small team environment
• Additional language skills
