Are you an Office Manager or similar with a Customer Service background looking for your next challenge within a growing Healthcare group where you will be the go-to leader overseeing client contracts and building your own team in a new service centre, who will offer you the opportunity to learn a new industry, increase your skillset, work from home and a company vehicle?

On offer is the opportunity to join an ever-expanding healthcare group who manufacture, service and maintain a range of healthcare equipment across the UK. Their clients range from NHS hospitals, residential care homes, independent homes and domestic customers, they are looking for someone with excellent people and contract management skills to help build a brand new team and site in the North West.

This varied role will see you responsible for building a new site from the ground up which will include overseeing a new team and exisitng long-term contracts, you will be in charge of the management of Profit & Loss, assessing KPI delivery, communicating with the team to ensure best service for your clients and reporting into the Director about the growth of the sites revenue\xe2\x80\x99s and business underneath you.

This role would suit an Office Manager or similar with a Customer Service background looking to take charge of a key area within the business in a completely new role, for a company who offer progression, the opportunity to be a leading figure within the business and the ability to work from home and have a company vehicle.

The Role:

  • Contract Management of existing customers
  • Full P & L analysis and ongoing improvements
  • Relationship development and planning
  • Overseeing and building a new team in Wigan service centre
  • Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday (1/2 days from home)
  • Company Vehicle or Car Allowance

  • People Management / Customer Service background
  • Commutable to Wigan
