Manage a high volume of calls, emails, and live chats efficiently and professionally
Deliver excellent service and provide effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction
Proactively follow up with customers and maintain service quality
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely resolutions
Support ad hoc projects and contribute to overall team success
Customer Service Officer Requirements & Qualifications
Post-secondary education or above, with at least 1 year of customer service experience preferred
Strong command of
Cantonese and English
(spoken and written); Mandarin an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset
Responsible, punctual, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
Flexible to work 5-6 days per week on a rota basis (Monday-Sunday)
