Job Description

Customer Service Advisor (Temporary contract - 2 months)

Local Solicitors require experienced customer service advisor.

Job includes:

Updating CRM System statuses and notes Contacting customers for more information/ documentation needed Giving customers updates over the phone Dealing with all queries Dealing with emails
Hours 9-5 / 11 - 8 (or part-time hours ~20/week) Monday to Friday.

Holiday pay included and small incentives.

Overtime available.
