We are looking for a

Customer Service & Operations Assistant

to help keep our multi-course golf venue running smoothly. This is your chance to be part of a vibrant, member-led club where operational excellence meets unforgettable customer experiences.

What You'll Be Doing:

Building strong relationships with members and guests - your friendly vibe will make them feel at home Running the show behind the scenes - from check-ins, daily operations and event support Confidently upselling our services and products (bonus points for being a golf guru!) Anticipating customer needs and delivering VIP-level service every time Supporting exciting events - from corporate golf days to member' competitions

What We're Looking For:

Positive, friendly, and always ready to tackle any challenge with a "can-do" attitude A passion for and understanding of golf is essential Strong communication skills - you're a natural people person Organised and proactive with the ability to stay calm under pressure A team player who brings energy, fun and enthusiasm to every shift
