We are looking for a

Customer Service & Operations Coordinator

to join our busy office and warehouse team on a permanent basis. This is a varied role combining customer service with hands-on support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both desk-based tasks and practical work.

Key Responsibilities



Act as the main point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, remedial and service call requests professionally and efficiently. Manage the engineer's diary, scheduling appointments and ensuring work is allocated effectively. Order and track parts for remedial jobs, ensuring timely completion of rebooks. Ensure replacement parts are returned to suppliers for credits or warranty checks, keeping accurate records of outcomes. Offer and explain servicing packages to existing customers, providing accurate pricing and encouraging repeat business. Take delivery of products at the head office depot, including windows, doors, and glass units etc. Check deliveries against orders, report discrepancies, and ensure goods are stored safely and securely. Work with engineer and the wider office team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Order stock and checking against stock for weekly installations. General housekeeping of depot keeping it clean, tidy and organised etc.

About You



Previous experience in a customer service or coordination role is desirable. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Confident communicator with an excellent telephone manner. Comfortable with computer systems and administration tasks. A team player with a proactive, hands-on approach.
