About the Role



We're looking for an organised and reliable

Customer Service & Operations Support

, to co-ordinate customer service, retail operations and office administration. This is a varied, practical role at the heart of the business, working closely with our Office Manager, shop managers and wider team.

You'll need to be confident prioritising your workload, working independently and handling issues as they arise.

Key Responsibilities



Customer Service



Respond to customer enquiries via email, phone and live chat Work with the Office Manager to coordinate and resolve shop manager and customer queries Support shops with customer account issues Manage Trustpilot reviews and the SMILE loyalty points system

Shop & Retail Support



Assist stores with returns, faulty items and customer queries Support stock levels, shop supplies and occasional in?store assistance Assist with managers' meetings and follow?up actions

Office & Administration



Order and maintain office and shop supplies Keep the office organised and support general administrative tasks Help organise staff events and assist at events such as the Suffolk Show

Online Orders & Despatch



Assist with packing and processing online orders Manage Royal Mail account tasks Support returns, refunds and customer order issues

Retail Operations



Support stock takes, stock transfers and processing new stock Assist with delivery issues and maintaining stock accuracy

Wholesale Support



Provide cover for wholesale operations, including packing, invoicing and customer communication

Photoshoots



Prepare stock, assist with styling and support on shoot days
