What You'll Be Doing

Order Processing:

Accurately take and manage customer orders via phone and email, ensuring every detail is correct.

Customer Support:

Provide friendly, professional assistance to all customer types, building strong relationships and trust.

Problem Resolution:

Respond promptly and effectively to queries and complaints, turning challenges into positive outcomes.

Team Contribution:

Collaborate with colleagues to maintain smooth operations and support the wider customer service team when needed.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities to enhance processes and contribute ideas to improve the customer experience.

What We're Looking For

Clear Communicator:

Confident, professional, and customer-focused with excellent verbal and written skills.

IT Confident:

Comfortable using computer systems and learning new tools in a busy environment.

Calm and Organised:

Able to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines under pressure without compromising quality.
